Quality Standards We are an ISO
9001:2000 certified entity, which is self explanatory as to how important product quality is to our organization. Our products are mechanically
perfect and dimensionally accurate, therefore they attain first position
in the race of trouble free performance. The body and cover of every
product is coated with superior insulating material to avoid short circuit. We have a well
equipped in-house quality inspection cell. This cell is under the
strict supervision of a group of well versed quality personnel. These
personnel properly attend to every minute detail before giving approval
for final delivery to the clients. Our Setup We have two
state-of-the-art, ISO 9001:2000 certified plants situated in Noida for the manufacturing of LT Panels and Bus Ducts. Besides these, we also
have with us the most modern, complete in-house facilities of
fabrication, surface treatment, painting, assembling, wiring and
testing. Our production
plants are outfitted with latest CNC machines and other hydraulic, pneumatic & electro - mechanical machines in addition to seven tanks
for pre-treatment process, powder coating plant, baking ovens and allied
gadgets and equipments. Material
testing is done at our well equipped in-house laboratory. Furthermore,
the electrical testing laboratory is fully equipped with latest gadgets
& testing equipments for carrying out all the functional, routine
& special tests, thus enabling only the best quality to reach our clients. KMG AtoZ
